GIIS Financial is an investing service. Please do not misuse our Services. For example:

1. Do not disrupt our Services or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
2. * If you interrupt, destroy or limit functionality of our Services, we may stop providing them to you and pursue legal action.

Using our Services does *not* give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission and provide proper attribution.
If you have given us your contact details (email, phone, etc.), we may send you announcements, messages, or information on our Services and how to use them; you may opt-out of some of these messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat and protect your personal data when you use our services. By using our Services, you agree that GIIS Financial can use your information in accordance with that policy.

GIIS Financial owns all intellectual property rights with respect to the Services and any associated materials (reports, data, software, etc.).
The name “GIIS Financial” and its logo, slogans, trademarks, etc., are the property of GIIS / Great India Insurance Services. You may not use them in any deceptive or unauthorized manner.

Some parts of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content. You retain ownership of the IP rights in that content.
However, when you upload or submit content to our Services, it must not:

1. Be harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or encouraging money laundering or gambling.
2. Harm minors in any way.
3. Infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights.
4. Deceive or mislead the reader concerning the origin of such messages or communicate any information that is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
5. Contain software viruses or any other programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of another computer or mobile device.
6. Threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.
7. Cause the incitement to commit any offence or stop the investigation of any offence.
8. Be insulting to any other nation.
9. Impersonate another person.

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and rules), some of the above may be treated as criminal acts.

To make investments via our platform, you’ll need a GIIS Financial investment account, whose operations are governed by an Investor Services Agreement (see that document) in addition to these Terms.

By registering, you acknowledge acceptance of the Investment Services Agreement.

We may change features, add or remove functionalities, or discontinue Services altogether, with reasonable prior notice.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may also terminate your access or impose limits on your usage at any time.

The information provided via our Services is not a recommendation. You should seek independent financial advice before making decisions.

We make no promises about the content, functionality, or availability of the Services. They are provided “as is.”

As allowed by law, GIIS Financial and its service partners shall not be liable for lost profits, revenues, data, financial losses, or damages.
We will not be liable for loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

We may modify these Terms (e.g. due to changes in law or our Services). Modifications will not apply retroactively and will become effective when posted.

If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the Services.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Investor Services Agreement, the latter prevails in respect of the conflicting provision.

These Terms do not create rights for third parties.

If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, it will not affect the rest.

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

All disputes are subject first to mediation, then to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by GIIS Financial under Indian law. The venue of arbitration will be Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
